2. Products
- All jewellery is sold as described.
- Product images are for reference; minor variations may occur due to craftsmanship and photography.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Payments must be made through approved payment methods.
- Ratnalokas reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors.
- Ratnalokas is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Returns, if applicable, must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method.
6. Cancellation
Orders once confirmed may not be cancelled unless approved by Ratnalokas at its sole discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, logos, and brand names are the intellectual property of Ratnalokas and may not be used without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ratnalokas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
